The director of B/M Inc strives to share the wealth of legal knowledge she has gained in over 10 years with the community at large so they can empower themselves accordingly. She conducts workshops for clients and general members of the community.

The workshops are aimed at educating individuals and providing valuable information on a wide range of legal issues such as estate planning, matrimonial property rights, wills, contracts and property ownership.

Fees

We guarantee absolute transparency in relation to our fees and make staying within our clients’ budget a priority. We hold ourselves accountable to our clients at all times in relation to our fees and related costs.

We have a set fee for our initial consultation, no matter how long the consultation takes. The consultation will include us determining the nature of our client’s problem, whether we can assist the client and, if so, at what cost.

If necessary, we may accommodate our client by accepting reasonable monthly instalments.

We also offer alternative billing arrangements such as agreeing on a fixed fee agreed up front, that will give our client peace of mind by assuring that the client won’t be met with unexpected legal fees.
We require all our clients to sign our Standard Mandate and Fee Agreement so that the scope of the work, the method of calculating the fee and the payment terms are in writing.
